Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of our tea products, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Refund:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged product upon delivery
• Manufacturing defect

Conditions:
• Must notify within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof (photo/video) required

Non-Refundable:
• Change of mind
• Opened / used products

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
